Winson Cao, the founder and director of ACY Group of companies. He has equipped more than 14 years of experience in the financial industry. He holds Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and Master Degree in Marketing from the University of Queensland.
Winson started his professional career in 2004. He held management position for several large corporations across Telecommunication and Energy section prior working in the financial industry.
After worked for one of the leading CFD brokers 6 years, Winson founded ACY with his business partner Jimmy in 2013. Winson is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the group business. Overseeing the sales, finance, legal, and compliance of the group of companies.
Winson is leading the risk management framework strategy development and dealing directly with the regulators and delivering reporting obligations as financial service licensee.

Denise Taouk is Chief Compliance & Legal Counsel at ACYLogix Group, leading global legal, compliance, and regulatory functions. She oversees corporate governance, licensing, regulatory engagement, and enterprise risk management to drive international expansion.
A qualified Australian solicitor with an unrestricted practising certificate, Denise brings over 20 years of executive experience across banking, financial services, fintech, and payments. She specializes in securing financial licences, advising Boards, and building commercially minded compliance cultures that support responsible innovation and growth.
